     To provide tertiary health care services moving towards international standards based on high technology and humanistic is  one of the mission of hospital. In accordance with medical curriculum humanistic medicine, we promote medical personnels to take care of diseases, illness by multidisciplinary team. The story telling in good fable ,ethics spirit  and medical staff, nurses are role models to medical students.

     For example: A role model and an Olympic torchbearer, Pornwarin Nutrawong, a professinonal nurse from BMA Medical College and Vajira Hospital, was selected to be one of the six torchbearers from Thailand. Thai Good People’s search sought role models in Thai society that have done outstanding work. With over 28 years of unwavering dedication as a caring nurse at Vajira hospital. Khun Pornwarin’s life has centred around caring for the sick and nursing people back to good health. After normal working hours, for the past 10 years, she also cares for terminally ill patients by trying to make sure that their last days and hours are as happy as possible. She experienced extreme despair after her husband was told that he had just eight months to live .In order to overcome it , she decided to free herself from misery and distress by giving her husband the possible maximum moral support. Having passed through the most difficult time of her life, she decided she would offer her moral support to other patients with terminal diagnosis, as she firmly believes that power of love can improve and prolong people’s live. Moreover, caring for patients with pure love and compassion in your heart with give them happiness and enable them to encounter death  bravely. Heroism can be achieved by doing good, being compassionate and acting as a good role model for society, a heroine for her patients, and the pride of  BMA Medical College and Vajira Hospital.
